Paper submission guide

How to submit paper

The researchers and students can submit their latest scientific, research, applied and review studies in accordance with the submission criteria of the conference paper to the permanent secretariat of the conference in accordance with the following items:

- You must first register in the site and create user account (personal control panel) for initial registration.

- Then enter your page (user panel) and submit your papers through the paper submission menu.

Note: Since the criterion for certification is solely the information recorded on the paper submission form available on the site, researchers should include the paper title, and author names in registration completely and match with their own paper.


Paper writing format

At this conference, papers are accepted in Farsi or English (it is suggested to submit paper in English)

- If possible, the overall framework of the paper includes six sections of abstract, introduction, purpose, methodology, conclusions and references.

- The maximum number of full paper pages is 10 pages in total.


Paper files

- In the conference a file with the ZIP format is received. This file contains the full paper in Word and PDF format.

- Only high quality scientific papers will be selected after submission by the faculty and jury for final acceptance and submission.

-The person submitting the paper will be responsible for the paper correspondence.


Send paper files

_ The user conference system receives a ZIP file from you. This file contains the full paper in Word and PDF format.

Note that submitting and registering paper has been successful when the site has assigned a tracking code after completing the submission process. This code will be emailed to the user panel and also a SMS is sent to the mobile phone of the user in addition to the registrations in the menu of papers status.

_ You are only allowed to submit file once, so send your file when you are sure of the validity of the information as after reviewing the paper, any change in the sent file or the change in the name of authors is not possible. It is worth noting that after submitting and prior to review, it is possible to edit the paper through the status menu of the submitted papers in the personal panel.


Early judgment of paper

Students and researchers who need to get the results of their submission earlier than the last date of the submission of review results,  they can send an email containing the paper title and tracking code to the conference secretariat and request early judgment and put their paper in judgment stage. For the over mentioned people, the results of judgment of papers are stated at most five days after sending the paper.
